Danggggg is it Monday already. Wow where did the weekend go to. Well this was a hectic weekend. Spent the whole weekend down at Heathers house while she was zooming away on Christmas projects she is making. However she did stop for a few last night being it was our monthly anniversary and made me this out of the world lemon chicken. Now that stuff was awesome indeed. This next weekend will really crank up the holiday projects. We both have a lot of candy making and baking to do. However at some point I have to run home for a few and do a little project I want to make special for her. Since I know she will be reading this I will have to wait to tell the rest of you what it is after Christmas though lol. Oh and by the way to all you cross stitchers out there. My mailing addy is at the bottom of every newsletter. Now having said that, send me a cross stitched Christmas ornament. The one I like the best will win a $10 Walmart gift card. I will even take pics of all of them you guys send in and add it to the newsletter after the contest is over. Must be a Christmas ornament, cross stiched and has to be here by Christmas. Time is short so start mailing them Now. Yeah lets see if any of you actually enter this one or even notice it haha. Well gang thats about it for today so see you all tomorrow....

It must be one of your own recipes or a family recipe. The one I like the best wins a Candle and Topper Set plus a $10 Walmart Gift Card. In order for me to continue to do the4 recipe conte4st I will and do expect a min. of 25 of you to get entered into the contest this month. Lets gets some new bllod entering the contest here and all you regular ones please continue also. Lets make this the best recipe contest of the year. Holiday Ambrosia - Thanks Jackie
Ingredients:
9 oz cool whip
8 oz sour cream
16 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
1small package lime jello
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Mix Sour cream, Jello and Pineapple
fold in Cool Whip and Marshmallows
refrigerate it for an hour or so, stir and serve
Thats it for today!!
