Sorry everyone that I have been away for a few days. Trying to make that extra illusive Christmas funds. Anyway i hope you are all doing ok. Also it was brought to my attention even though I had changed my email addy on this page, it was never changed on the main page. If any of you have sent me any email at all or recipes to the email addy on the main page I did not get it. The email addy I am now using do to all the spam with the old one is below here. Its the one that says Barry2002. Please make a note of that so anything you send me will go to that email addy. Speaking of recipes. I have still only gotten 3 so far. Not going to even add them till I get at least 5 sent in. Seems to be falling way short of the 20 I want to get if ya'll want the recipe contest to continue. Come on people how hard can it be to type me one of your favorite recipes and email it to me. Lets see other then that and running in circles here thats about it for me other then they are calling for freezing rain and snow here this weekend. Whopppeeeeee just something else to slow things up lol. Well gang off and running again so see you all tomorrow. Yes I should be able to get a newsletter out tomorrow hehe.....
CHRISTMAS DESSERT CONTEST INFO - This month it will be a a contest for recipes for Christmas Goodies. It can be for pies, cakes, candies and all sorts of Holiday Desserts and goodies. It must be one of your own recipes or a family recipe. The one I like the best wins a Candle and Topper Set plus a $10 Walmart Gift Card. In order for me to continue to do the4 recipe conte4st I will and do expect a min. of 25 of you to get entered into the contest this month. Lets gets some new bllod entering the contest here and all you regular ones please continue also. Lets make this the best recipe contest of the year. Show me what you got stashed away in those recipes of yours. All its takes is for you to pull out one of your favorite recipes and sent it in to me to be entered into the contest people. Baked Pork Chops with Garden Stuffing
Prep Time: 10 min. - Bake Time: 40 min.
Ingredients:
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Golden Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup water
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1 tbsp. margarine OR butter
4 cups Cubed Herb Seasoned Stuffing
6 bone-in pork chops, 3/4" thick
Directions:
MIX - 1/3 cup soup, 1/2 cup water, vegetables and margarine in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Remove from heat. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.
SPOON - stuffing mixture into greased 3-qt. baking dish. Arrange chops over stuffing.
MIX - remaining soup and remaining water. Spoon over chops.
BAKE - at 400°F. for 40 min. or until chops are done. Serves 6
